Membership Applications for the Spring 2024 semester will open by First General Meeting, January 24th, 2024 and due by Second General Meeting, February 9th, 2024.


To be officially recognized as a member of the ASDA Pre-Dental Chapter at the University of Houston,

students must complete two steps:

Step 1: Fully complete the “Membership” form. Membership forms will open after the First General Meeting of every semester.

Step 2: Semesterly payment is $45/semester. We do not offer yearly membership in Spring semester.

* If you are paying through Zelle, please put "Membership for [FirstName LastName]" in the notes/message section.*

* If you are paying in cash, please contact an officer to make arrangements*

Semester Membership

Both completion of membership form AND payment of dues is required to become an official member.


Students who do not complete both steps will not be recognized as ASDA PDC UH Members.
